Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched.

• Email or WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as possible
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — please use the returns process instead
• Customised and made-to-measure pieces cannot be cancelled once production begins

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
